I'm a bad blogger.

WHAT WOW!!

Would you look at that?! It's been a good 6 months since I have blogged.... whoops. My girl Hay Hay kindly reminded me that I haven't blogged. She told me she won't tell me any funny blogs to follow unless I post on my own. Honestly my life is awesome so I will try to be better until February 6th. Because on that day I leave on a mission for MORRISTOWN, NEW JERSEY SPANISH SPEAKING!!

Yeah I'm real excited. So what have I been doing?? This week was awesome!

Saturday: I drove to Logan and went to Stake Conference, because LDV (Latter Day Voices) was performing. Hay Hay is apart of this wonderful choir. Holy cow. They were AMAZING!! The spirit was so strong and the speakers were amazing. Although life is hard, it always seems that someone else is going through harder trials.

Sunday: We slept in, of course! Then went to church. On the way Brittany, Haley's roommate and good friend, drove. Just as we pulled out of the drive way this poor boys' car had died in the middle of the road. So Britt being the great person she is, pulled out her jumper cables and helped him out. When we got to church, we couldn't find a parking spot to save our lives. GEEZ! Out of no where Britt's car slides into the side of the road and her serpintine belt is shredded. Don't ask me what that is but apparantly it's neccessary for driving. So we sat in the -10 weather while we waited for Britt's dad to save the day.

Haley wasn't even wearing a coat. So pretty much we only made it to Sacrament. It was a great meeting though. The Elders Quorum Presidency spoke about following the promptings of the spirit. Later we walked home=worst day ever. It was so cold my hands are still unthawing. As the night closed we had to run up on campus to the library so Haley could do homework. There I met this girl that was in LDV and her family lives in my mission! So hopefully I run into Maria Linfold. Amazing miracles God is sending my way to prepare me for my mission.

Monday: Today I accompanied Haley to her classes. Creative Arts. A class of at least 500 students. Yeah. I got more from the stupid couple in front of us than the teacher. Big classes create great opportunities to people watch that's for sure. Later was math. I had to pretend to take notes because the teacher was walking around the class room. I was way nervous she was going to know I wasn't really in her class let alone a student at USU.

The best part of my day was after when I got to meet up with Taylor Hyatt and catch up. Then! I went to Haley's choir (LDV) rehearsal. Unreal. So spiritually fulfilling. They sang "Tell Me the Stories of Jesus" while the pianist would play, students would stand and tell their favorite stories of Jesus. WOW!! So incredible to say the least. Hopefully if I come back to USU after the mish I will sing in that choir. Later I went to FHE with some friends that I worked with over the summer Miranda, Kersey and Chelsey. Great day. Shout out to Haley. Man rough day her ceiling, car, tooth and phone died. Yikes. She's a rock.

Tuesday: Haley and I attempted to wake up early. We were expecting a call from her older sister, Mal, she flew to Texas today to enter the mission field. Well I'm not sure what happened but we didn't get a call:( I did have my alarm going off ever 15 min from 6:30 am on til about 8. Yes. After I went back to bed and Haley went to class, we went to the Logan temple to do Baptisms. Way awesome! Then we watched the Bachelor with Lizzy, Haley's other roommate. Gosh that show is way too intriguing. I hate that I love it basically. We then went to Takara Sushi. SOOOOOO delicious! I ate 2 rolls.... Mexican crunch and Golden Cali. Yum. Haley ate beans. Charlies, the ice cream shop followed. Basically I feel like a whale we ate so much but it was so delicious and so worth it.

When we got home Haley and I sat at her key board and sang like old times. She has been such an amazing friend for letting me stay at her house for the past couples days and feeding me. She's so great! I have been so luck to have such a good friend since we met at Singers in 7th grade. I will miss her so much while I'm gone! Be jealous my best friend is the best.

Jungle Fever??

Well hello there!
Last night we had a late show (so 6:30:). Seriously last night was the night everything went wrong. David, our foremen, his wife was playing indian and she fell off her horse! It was crazy scary we had to call the ambulance. It was madness but the show went on. It was sketchy. She is okay, she just has deep bruising. But David usually plays the main character Buck Skin in our little show but he had to go to the hospital with his wiff. So Jeff, had to step in last minute. But he did well and the show was great.

-When I got home last night I check my phone and I got a text from my mom saying "Oh by the way bubi broke his hand today after school, hope the show went well!" K thanks mom, so casual about it... haha Poor Bubi (my youngest brother) Toppled over his bike while riding home from school. Blessing in disguise, yesterday was the first day he had wore his helmet to school.

Back to the show! There was this black guy.... he was the bus driver for Trafalgar, one of our tour companies that come. He was creepin. I sat next to him on the wagon ride up to camp. He was spilling his life story to me about how this girl wants him but she wants commitment, and he doesn't so now he drives buses. Winner. Well gosh dude don't you get it! That is what women want. A real man to stay by their side.
Up at the show he asked me and a friend of mine Sierra Parker to take a picture with him on his phone. At first the photographer was up close and then creepy black man was like "dude back up I like the whole body" EW!  "Okay girls say cheese!" GROSS! Luckily on the ride home I got to ride home on the chuck wagon but as we drove by the wagons he blew me a kiss. He really gave me the heeeby geeebies! After the show he went into the trading post and bought a wild rag so he could be as cute as me. Yeah never in a million years buddy.
The worst part (yeah it gets worst) is that he was wearing sun glasses the whole night so I really couldn't tell what he was lookin at the entire night.

Be ware: black ape man creepin on the low low. His arms are t-rexing and his knees are flexing. I warned you!

I'm in Wyoming Trick!

Hola-

This concludes the first week in Jackson! Whooty whoot! I love it here. Check out this picture.... Caitlin and I went for a drive yesterday after church! Sometimes I feel like I shouldn't be payed for what I'm doing, sometimes I feel I'm not payed enough.

Me and Caitlin... were cute!

Okay! I don't know why they are side ways whatever! I'm skyping with haley tonight hopefully she will help me... haha.

So a typical day. I wake up at 830 work at 9. I do office work in the morning so call the band members remind them they have a show. Make reservations. File. All that exciting stuff. Then we go out and saddle the horses. We had pertron horses that pull the wagons. They weigh around 2,000lbs each! I know crazy. I'm gettin good no worries. What's hard is that you have to entertain people while trying not to drive off a cliff! Wanna hear my joke about texans?? Okay. Why do texans come to wyoming? Give up...... okay to see what real cowboys look like! hahahaha. Some people are sensitive about being from texas. Anyway. Then we come in for lunch. I usually go running, read, nap, pick my nose, all the above! Then I shower and I'm back to the office! Tonight we have a show at 630 I'm in charge of parking people and checking them in, giving tickets. Then we head up the canyon! It's about a 2 mile wagon ride up there. So pretty! I'm going to take some pictures tonight. We then have dinner. Salad, beans, chicken, roast beef, corn, and rolls. Then for dessert we have blonde brownies. Yum:) After the show we head back down the canyon. After the guests leave we have to scoop the poop of the paved road. With the shitter shovel we head up and clear the roads. THAT finally concludes the end of the night. It's usually around 1030 at this point. We always have a group meeting about the day. After we are cut loose to hang out and play games or watch some movies. The house is dead by about 1130. We work long days!

Fun fact: a horse peed on my boots yesterday. Not fun. Sorry that was kind of boring, no fun stories yet.
There are a few cute guys but there are 24 girls..... 5 boys....? Yeah you do the math. We do hang out with people who are river guides and also people who work at the Trading Company stores in town. Well no luck, I don't really care though! Keep you updated! Time to cow girl up!

Hey Ya'll!

Friends-

Welcome to the blogging world! Welcome welcome welcome welcome welcome welcome welcome welcome welcome welcome to the blogging world. I just welcomed myself to the blogging world. Why?? I am new blogger!!
Hi.... welp this is mua!
One of my breastest fends, Haley Goaslind, finally convinced me to start a blog.Meet Haley. I will talk about her lots so might as well meet her now!

Well everyone is doing it apparently? So. I'm jumping on the band wagon. Here we go!

So. Here I am in Jackson Hole. We drove all day. Well I slept just because I only got 3 hours of sleep last night. Why? Well shoot! I'm glad your so curious because I will gladly tell you why. I went to Mike's house for a pool party. It was SUPER FUN! I was able to see a lot of my close friends from high school before I left for Wyoming for the summer. At the same time though it was really sad. Although I am really excited to spend the summer living it up in Jackson, I am unable to go to any farewells this summer. So last night I said a lot of my last goodbyes. It was especially hard saying goodbye to Mike Free and Taylor Pizza.

Mike: We have been really good friends since 7th grade. I love this guy. I really do. I have been so blessed to have known him. This is a picture of him and I at our high school graduation. I am going to miss him that's for sure. He leaves for Kennewick, Washington June 6th to serve a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I couldn't be prouder!
I cried when I said goodbye.... see ya in 2.

Meet Taylor Pizza!
Taylor is a amazing guy! He is smart, genuine, nice, caring and an all around good example to me to say the least. I can honestly say that this guy has changed my life for the better. Taylor leaves for Rome, Italy on June 20th to serve an LDS mission. So last night was the last night I saw this kid too. Best of luck Elder Pizza! Your in my thoughts and prayers already. See ya in 2:)

Welp, enough of the sappy business already! I'm in Wyomin ya'll! Wanna know why? Well I will tell you! I am working for this company. http://bart5.com/bar-t-5,_inc_-_covrd_wgn_ckout_home_page_009.htm. Basically it's a dude ranch. Tourist come from all over the world to experience the wild west and that's what we will give them! I'm goin with this girl.... the one and only Caitlin Ellis. She's my cousin. I love her a lot and I will definitely talk about her a lot too! Meet Caitlin.

We go on lots of adventures together, and this is a start of a new one! I can't even explain to you how excited i am about this! Both Caitlin and I have been counting down for this summer for about 2 months now. It's finally here! This is part of the reason why I started this blog, I want to capture every moment. Peace and Blessings Ya'll!

xoxo
